• Can I choose a car with a diesel engine?

  You can book a car with a diesel engine. You pay extra for this service.

• What is the minimum rent term?

  The minimum rent term is 24 hours.

• Can I change my reservation?

  You can change your reservation, free of charge, by sending an inquiry no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental.

• Do rental cars have a mileage limit?

  If the car is used on the territory of Montenegro, there is no mileage limit. We define the mileage limits in the contract for long-term leases.

• Can a rented car be used by another person?

  Yes, but the person who rented the car is responsible for the car in accordance with the contract and the general terms and conditions of the agency.

• Can I pick up and return the car after the business hours of the agency?

  You can pick up and return the car after business hours, which is subject to a fee for this service.

• Can I drop off a rented car in a city where you do not have a branch?

  You drop off the rented car to the branch from which you picked it up.

• What is car insurance deductible?

  Car insurance deductible implies the maximum responsibility you take for the damage you have caused.

• Do I need to reserve additional equipment before I take the car?

  You can choose additional equipment when booking or picking up your car. There is a fee for additional equipment defined by our price list.

• Who should I contact if I need help during the booking?

  You can contact our Customer Service for any assistance you may need. We are available non-stop.

• If I want to rent a car, do I need to have a driver's license?

  You do not need to have a driver's license when booking a car, but you can only take the car if you have a license that is valid for at least two more years.

• What is the minimum age to be able to rent a car?

  To rent a car, you must be 22 and have a driver's license (minimum B category) that is valid for at least another two years.

• Do I need a credit card to book a car?

  Yes. A credit card check is made when booking. Having a credit card is a prerequisite to do the booking and we only verify the name and date of validity of the card.

• Can I book a car for another person using my credit card?

  You can make a reservation on behalf of another person but the credit card must be the driver's.

• Which car category can I choose?

  You can choose between Standard and Premium categories.

• Can I book a specific make, model or color of the car?

  You can reserve a specific desired make, model and color of the car.

• Which credit cards do you accept?

  We accept Visa, Master and Maestro cards.

• What is the maximum rent term?

  The maximum rental duration is 30 days. Longer lease is subject to special prices.

• Where can I pick up the car?

  You can pick up the car in our offices in Podgorica, Budva, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Ulcinj, Petrovac or we can deliver it to you to your address.

• Can I take a rental car on ferry?

  You can take a rental car on ferry for a fee.

• When booking, do I need to specify the exact time to collect the car?

  When booking, the client is to state the exact time collection of the vehicle.

• Can I use a rented car outside Montenegro?

  You need our consent to use the car outside Montenegro. This additional service will be defined in the lease agreement, and is subject to special fees as listed on our price list. If you cross the state border without consent, you will lose the insurance.

• Do I need additional insurance?

  You can, but do not have to, choose additional insurance when booking a car.

• What is additional insurance?

  With additional insurance packages, you reduce your share in the damage or evade it.

• What accessories can I book?

  You can book a child seat, GPS or wi-fi, winter equipment, bike rack, roof basket, choose a place to pick up or drop off the vehicle, etc.
